5. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

  • We aim to deliver and install plants and services at the agreed time and location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once products are delivered.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be requested before dispatch.

  • Live plants or custom services that have been delivered, installed, or used cannot be returned.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Aerovatika is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or Services.

  • We make no warranties that the Services are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose.
